I am an aspiring filmmaker from the small town of Chaparral, NM. Growing up I always loved movies and ever since I was a child I have always dreamed of getting to tell my own stories on the screen just like the ones that me and my family would gather and watch together. Today, I am making those dreams a reality. I have been developing skills to build something visually that can convey emotion and draw purpose for the audience.
Creating this art, for me, is such an amazing thing because it allows people to see the world through a new set of eyes. I find it simply incredible that you are able to put yourself in something entirely different, and experience things in a way nobody could simply tell you, instead you're allowed to feel, grow, and experience through a new lens.
As somebody who can often find themselves lacking the ability to express my ideas, this medium has allowed me to let people see through my eyes, giving me the chance to show others what I see. For the rest of my life, I hope to continue to not only show the world what I do but help others to bring their vision to life for the world to see.
